The line hosts six passenger trains daily, offering convenient connections across the region. One of these services is operated with a modern Siemens Desiro DMU, running twice daily between Samuil and Silistra.Additionally, the Sofia – Silistra train operates once per day, composed of one couchette and one compartment coach, hauled by a classic Ludmilla locomotive, adding a unique and nostalgic atmosphere to the journey.
